In 1918 John and Anna Moskal opened Moskal Funeral Home, which was located on 413 Broad Streeet in Johnstown. Due to a redevelopment project on Broad Street we found ourselves moving our funeral home to 79 J Street, to which we are still located at today.
Even though we have grown over the years our values stayed the same. To provide the people of Johnstown the best care possible, in a time when the need for courtesy, respect and dignity is needed most.

Johnstown Monument Company
Moskal Funeral Home formed Johnstown Monument Co. in the year 1996. At that time two local monument companies filed for bankruptcy and left some client families "high and dry". Originally we were associated with Frostburg Memorials from Frostburg Maryland. We began to offer monuments, bronze markers and monument services to client families through the funeral home.
